Product introduction

PT101 series spraying instrument adopts ultrasonic atomization principle to form a highly uniform film on the surface of the sample, which can achieve a slurry utilization rate of more than 95%. The slurry spraying uniformity is high, and the stability and repeatability during preparation are very high. It is widely used in fuel cell electrode, catalyst preparation, and film preparation research and development of perovskite batteries. The program board of the equipment is upgraded, and the movement is more stable; Optimized structure, easy to operate; Fully enclosed draft design, windproof and pollution-free; Nozzle control upgrade, slurry atomization more stable; Program movement can automatically start and stop, save stock; Desktop design, compact and reasonable structure, the size of the machine is only equivalent to an ordinary printer; It is easy to place fume hood, experimental platform and other places, saving space, easy to operate, and very suitable for research and development of research institutes.
