DPPC detector (digital pulse processing counting detector), counting throughput ≥ 1×107CPS, DPPC detector can efficiently suppress sample fluorescence, even for strong fluorescent samples. It can also provide excellent peak-to-back ratio, without the use of secondary monochromator. DPPC detector provides energy dispersion spectral data while providing diffraction data, supporting elemental analysis
