Jaw crusher is mainly used for all kinds of ores and large materials of medium size crushing, crushing compressive strength is not greater than 320Mpa of the material, divided into coarse breaking and fine breaking two kinds. JC series jaw crusher has complete specifications, and its feeding size is 40mm~1200mm, which is the preferred equipment for primary crushing.

Jaw crusher main structure: frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, side protection plate, elbow plate, elbow plate backseat, adjusting screw, reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc., which elbow plate also plays an insurance role. The crushing mode of this series of jaw crusher is flexural extrusion type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and makes the moving jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft.
