Lab Double-roll Crusher is mainly applied to crushing all kinds of materials, which are less than compressive strength limit of 2000kgs per square centimeter, such as ore, limestone, coal gangue, slag, carbon block in the industry of refractory material, chemical, coal, building material and so on.

 

Working Principle 

The roller is made of wear-resistant alloys in high strength, machine utilizes strength caused by rollers’ counter rotating to crush materials. After materials are put into tank, materials are crushed into fine particles by strength of rotating tooth force of both rollers and then fine particles are output from tank. Gap between rollers can be adjusted randomly in a range of 0mm-20mm, and granularity of particles can be controlled according to requirement.
