3. Structural Characteristics

Box materials

The inner box of this machine is all made of A-grade gray PVC that is resistant to high temperature, high humidity and high corrosion. It is welded by advanced three-dimensional structure technology of the ring belt production, and the structure is strong and solid

Test covers

It is made of high-toughness PVC board and designed into a ridge-shaped upper cover by physical bending method. The mist and dew remaining on the upper cover slide down the cover wall to the sealing groove to prevent them from dripping onto the tested product.

Circuit design

The all-digital circuit design ensures accurate temperature control. It uses high-quality electrical materials, has a reasonable wiring design, a long service life, and complete testing functions.

Water filling method

When the salt water level is insufficient, it can automatically replenish the water level without interrupting the test.

Mist sealing

The fog seal adopts a water tank seal to prevent the fog from leaking out.

Air System

The air pressure is adjusted in two stages at 1Kg/cm ².

One section is roughly adjusted to 2Kg/cm ².

The second section is precisely adjusted at 1Kg/cm ².

Pressure gauge, with precise and accurate display.

Spraying method

The Bernoulli principle involves drawing salt water and then atomizing it. The atomization is uniform, ensuring the continuous progress of the test.

Nozzle

The precision crystal glass nozzle is not prone to crystallization and blockage during long-term operation

Spray volume

The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2ml/h. The measuring cylinder is installed in an embedded manner, presenting a neat and beautiful appearance. It is convenient to operate and observe, reducing the installation space of the instrument.

Heating system

It adopts steam heating method, which features fast heating speed and reduced standby time. When the temperature is reached, it automatically switches to constant temperature state, ensuring precise temperature and low power consumption. The heating tubes are made of stainless steel and pure titanium.

Control systems

It adopts an imported high-precision microcomputer temperature control system, combined with a platinum material temperature sensor

Safety protection

Overheat switch for the heating tank of the pressure saturation bucket in the laboratory to prevent damage to the instrument due to excessive high temperature caused by water shortage.

Mist removal system

When the machine stops, clear the salt spray inside the test chamber to prevent corrosive gases from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments.

Safety protection

1. When the water level is low, the power supply is automatically cut off and the safety warning light device displays dynamically.

2. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the power supply of the heater will be automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device will display dynamically.

3. When the water level of the test drug (saline) is low, the safety warning light device will display dynamically.
