Overview

The vacuum annealing furnace is an internally heated cold wall vacuum heating equipment with high thermal efficiency and good furnace temperature uniformity. At the same time, it can perform vacuum tempering or vacuum annealing or vacuum time calibration on the workpiece being processed, which can effectively shorten the workpiece heat treatment cycle and improve production efficiency.

This electric furnace is a cycle operation type and is widely used in functional ceramics, optical materials, carbon composite materials, cemented carbide, powder metallurgy, etc. for sintering under high temperature vacuum conditions, and can also be formed and sintered under gas protection.

Furnace body

1.It adopts a double-layer water interlayer structure, the inner layer is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer layer is made of carbon steel with electrostatic spraying.

2.The flange plane is provided with a sealing groove. The "O" ring is used for vacuum sealing, and a water cooling device is installed (to prevent the "O" ring from aging due to excessive temperature). There are air extraction, air intake, thermocouple holes, etc.

3.The insulation layer inside the furnace is composed of graphite hard felt, graphite felt and carbon felt, and a special fixing method is used to reduce deformation. A working platform is set above the furnace bottom, and the working platform material is graphite.

Furnace door

The furnace door adopts a double-layer sandwich head structure and is water-cooled

Furnace frame

The furnace frame is welded into a box-type structure by section steel and steel plates, and the furnace body is placed on the box, which is beautiful and generous.

Vacuum system

The vacuum system consists of Roots pump unit and 2X series foreline pumps, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa), charging valve, deflation valve and vacuum pipeline, etc.

The mechanical pump is connected with a metal corrugated hose quick connector (to reduce vibration), and the vacuum degree is measured with a digital composite vacuum gauge.

Temperature control

1.It uses a power regulator to control the temperature and adopts PID intelligent temperature control module design.

2.It can edit 30-segment temperature rise curves and store multi-segment process recipes.

3.It can be combined with Siemens PLC to achieve automatic alarm protection functions such as overpressure, overtemperature, and overcurrent. LCD touch screen display

4.It has the characteristics of easy operation, powerful functions and good stability.

5.The electrical components are of China brand, with high temperature control accuracy and easy operation.

Gas system

There is one air inlet and one air outlet in the whole system, which can be filled with gas.

Water cooling system

It is composed of various pipeline valves and other related devices

It is fed from the main pipe, and sent to the furnace body, furnace cover, furnace bottom, electrodes, vacuum pump and other places that need to be cooled through each branch pipe, and then collected and discharged. Each cooling water is equipped with a manual valve, which can adjust the flow according to the needs. There is an electric contact pressure gauge on the water inlet pipe, when the water pressure is lower than 0.1MPa, the heater can be automatically cut off..

Electronic control system

 

The electronic control system adopts thyristor configuration, with P.I.D function instrument, multi-band digital display meter, and over-temperature sound and light alarm function.

Heating element and heat shield

The heating element is processed into a cylindrical structure with electrode graphite, and the heat shield is made of graphite, carbon felt, and graphite felt (1 layer of graphite cylinder, 4 layers of carbon mat and 4 layers of graphite felt, each layer thick 10mm or more), good thermal insulation performance, uniform heating, large radiation surface, good thermal shock resistance, and rapid heating and cooling.

The insulation layer and heating are separated, easy to maintain and remove, and the insulation cover is supported and fixed by a stainless steel frame.

Warranty

One year limited warranty with lifetime support, excluding heating element,cooling fans,thermocouple damaged by user.

Attention: Any damages caused by the use of corrosive and acidic gases, and any damage from wrong operate and use are not under the coverage of One Year Limited Warranty.
