I. Principle of operation

The electric motor drives a shaft with an eccentric block through a winding coupling, which generates vibrations that are transmitted to the support. The stand is equipped with a ball mill cylinder, which vibrates with the powder. The stand is equipped with springs on both sides and at the bottom, which are connected to the machine base. When viewed from the end face of the ball mill cylinder, the movement of any powder on it is a flat and curved path. The powder bounces at a height equal to 2 times the amplitude and the movement is mainly vibration, but there is also a small amount of rotation due to inertia.

 

II. Application areas

The vibratory ball mill is a widely used crushing equipment in mineral processing and powder metallurgy, and is widely used in ceramics, non-metallic ores, pigments, electronics, chemicals, metallurgy, building materials, new materials, food and pharmaceuticals. It is used for fine crushing and its efficiency is 2 times higher than the general ball mill, with the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
