Basic Use

 It is suitable for labeling or self-adhesive film on the upper plane of various articles, such as books, folders, boxes, cartons, etc. replacing the labeling mechanism can be suitable for labeling on uneven surfaces. It is widely used for planar labeling of large products and labeling of planar objects with a wide range of specifications.

Optional printer or inkjet printer to the labeling head, which can print the production date, batch number, inkjet bar code and other information on the label.

It can be equipped with an inkjet printer to the conveyor belt to spray the production date, batch number, bar code and other information on the product before or after labeling.

Working Process

Core working principle: The sensor detects the passing of the product, sends back the signal to the labeling control system, and the signal passes through PLC After treatment, the label is sent out at an appropriate time and attached to the set position of the product. The product flows through the label covering device, the label is covered firmly, and the attaching action of one label is completed.
