1. Brief introduction of equipment function
The whole machine consists of: 1 incubator, 1 set of fixture group and 1 set of power main control system. The whole machine has 64 test channel points, and the hot pressing fixture group and power control system are integrated structure.
The main functions of the fixture are as follows:
1) The pressure required for pressing the cell is provided, which can be set arbitrarily within the allowable pressure range. If the pressure setting exceeds the pressure setting range, an alarm will be given;
2) Press the electrode tightly to ensure the reliable connection between the electrode and the circuit of the whole machine.
3) Make sure that the battery is upright and the air bag is upward.

System protection function |
1. The door can be opened and closed with door forbidden control, so as to protect the personal safety of operators and prevent potential safety accidents. 2. Over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage and over capacity protection: the upper and lower limits of battery voltage, current and capacity can be preset in the process. When the limit condition is reached, the system will automatically force the battery to sleep and prompt the fault in the software interface. 3. Leakage current protection: when the leakage current of more than 200mA is detected for more than three times in the working state, turn off the input power of the switching power supply. 4. Charging overvoltage protection: when the system inspects the battery during charging, when the battery voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the battery stops charging. 5. Discharge under voltage protection: when the system inspects the battery during battery discharge, when the battery voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage, the battery stops discharging. 6. Power down protection: in case of long-term communication interruption or PC failure, the device will automatically enter the waiting state, and continue the current process step after the communication is restored. 7. Other protection: 1) Process type protection allowed to be sent; 2) The function of the channel is abnormal; 3) When there is a long time communication interruption or PC failure, the device will automatically enter the waiting state, and continue the current process step after the communication is restored. |

Basic configuration of the whole system |
1. The temperature rise of the internal heat sink of the driving board and switching power supply on the equipment is ≤ 30 ℃, and the dissipated power of the heat sink shall be designed according to the long-term full scale (current of each channel is 20a), so as to ensure that the equipment can work stably for a long time. 2. The calibration period is 3 months. Within 3 months after equipment calibration, the voltage measurement and control accuracy of all channels shall be ≤± (0.5 ‰ FS + 0.5 ‰ RD), and the current measurement and control accuracy shall be ≤± (0.1% Rd + 0.1% FS). 3. Cooling mode of electrical part: fan exhaust cooling. |
