Product Overview

SDH-FSC is an extrusion head and mounting device to convert our MSK-AFA-I cast coater into an extrusion coater. The extrusion head is available in widths of 50mm or 100mm.

Extrusion Head Structure

Material: SUS630 stainless steel

Contains 3 different thicknesses of gaskets: 0.2mm, 0.3mm and 0.4mm.

Fixed Bracket (mounted with digital micrometer)

Fixed bracket for mounting on the coating machine with digital micrometer for adjusting the distance between the extrusion head and the substrate.

This mounting bracket is designed for the coater MSK-AFA-III only.
