Application background
Adsorbent materials (e.g. coal, shale, etc.) often need to know how much gas is adsorbed during the gas storage and separation process, which is often carried out under ultra-high pressure conditions. When testing the amount of adsorption, static capacity equipment is used to check how much gas is adsorbed by the adsorbent material as the pressure changes within a certain volume. Sometimes it is also necessary to observe the adsorption amount of gas adsorbed by the adsorption material under different temperatures and different stress conditions, which is the role of high temperature and high pressure adsorption instrument.

Test principle
After the sample is placed in the sample tube, a calibration inert gas (e.g. helium) is first filled to calibrate the volume of the sample and the remaining volume of free space in the sample tube (dead volume), then a certain amount of adsorbent gas is filled into the sample tube (gas injection), and when the adsorption equilibrium is reached, the software automatically records the adsorbed amount at this pressure value. The software automatically records the adsorbed amount at this pressure value when the adsorption equilibrium is reached, and then repeats this operation until the desired maximum pressure value is reached. The adsorption isotherm is obtained by plotting the pressure value against the adsorbed amount.
For some samples, the adsorption amount under different temperatures is very different, then we can test the change of the adsorption amount of the sample at different temperatures according to the user's actual needs.
